2nd Annual Resident Research Award

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS – DEADLINE AUGUST 15, 2024

OAOS is pleased to announce its 2nd Annual Resident Research Award. This competition encourages and rewards the efforts of orthopedic residents in submitting scientific work for recognition by colleagues and our organization.

The awards will be presented to physicians, currently in orthopedic residency training in Oregon, in recognition of outstanding original research in orthopedics.

Two awards will be presented at the meeting: a $1,000 cash honorarium for the top-rated abstract and a $500 cash honorarium for the second highest-rated paper.  Selected recipients will also have the opportunity to present at the OAOS 2024 Annual Orthopaedic Conference on November 1-2, 2024 at The Graduate Hotel in Eugene, OR

Applicants will be notified of the selection committee’s decision by October 1, 2024.
